Pricing is based on a go as you grow model. Based on your average daily census we offer introductory pricing as low as $500/mo. If you're part of a larger agency, we have pricing that meets you where you are and aligns with your growth.  

Setup time varies by agency size, number of users, and existing process. For lower volume branches with small teams and simple processes- setup can be in 7 - 10 days. Larger, high volume agencies with large teams typically take 3-4 weeks for data migration and user onboarding. Our team will guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition.

Yes, while our system securely stores all your records, it’s always a good idea to keep a backup. We ensure compliance and data security, but a backup provides additional peace of mind.
